Rochester Man Indicted in Bay St. Homicide

A Monroe County grand jury has handed up a second-degree murder indictment in Rochester's most recent homicide.

Forty-three-year-old Jackie Robinson of Gates also faces assault and weapon counts.

He's accused of shooting and killing Chad Wilson and wounding Jerome Mason March 12 on Bay Street.

Robinson is the owner of Jackie Ray's bar on Bay Street, near Webster Avenue.

The State Liquor Authority suspended the liquor license soon after the arrest.
