Victim Identified in Fatal Parma Crash

The sheriff's office has released the name of the man killed in Sunday night's crash on Route 104 in Parma.

Deputies say 52-year-old Stephen Kneeland of Lockport was killed in the crash.

Deputies say the pickup driver was drunk and was heading east in the westbound lanes and hit Kneeland's SUV head-on.

The pickup was driven by 34-year-old James Jacobs of North Carolina.

He's charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
