The Rochester Police Department is investigating a homicide on Peckham Street. Police were called to the scene shorting after midnight for the report of a man not conscious or breathing. Investigators found a man in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the man was involved in some type of altercation prior to the shooting. His name hasn't been released No arrests have been made.
