Police Charge Rochester Man With Multiple Murders

A Rochester parolee who is charged in two murders will make his first court appearance this morning.

The police tactical unit arrested 26-year-old Tyrone Jiggets Jr. on Saturday on Driving Park Avenue.

He's accused of shooting and killing Luis Morales -- and wounding two other men -- on January 19 on North Clinton Avenue. And he is charged in the shooting death of Juan Pena-Mendez, February 26th as the victim sat in a car in a driveway on Rialto Street.

Police arrested Jiggets with two loaded guns and 150 rounds of ammunition. He is on parole from a prior gun crime.
