Police are trying to find a man who is terrorizing homeowners in Rochester. Police say the incidents began in 2021. Recently, the man jumped over the homeowners' back railing and approached their door with what appears to be a knife. His image was captured on doorbell camera video in January. This is the 12th time in less than a year the home has been threatened, and each time, it has only gotten worse. The homeowners have been in the house in 2001, but it wasn't until 2021 when all the attacks started. Investigators say there dog was injured in one incident. In another, threatening messages were spray painted on the driveway. The motive behind the incidents remains a mystery. Police say the investigation into these events is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
