State Police have named the man killed in a hit-and-run on 390 in Livingston County.
Thirty-six-year-old Steven Drachenberg of Buffalo was hit in the southbound lanes, north of the Mount Morris exit, across from the salt mine.
Investigators believe Drachenberg had run out of gas at around 3 a.m. Sunday and had left his truck.
Troopers are asking anyone with information to contact them.
