SUNY Students Who Still Owe Money Can Now Receive Transcripts

Students who still owe money to the SUNY system are no longer being blocked from getting their transcripts.

Until now, students with outstanding balances were unable to get their transcript, either for work or to transfer to another college.

The SUNY Trustees have reversed that policy.

Roughly 50 percent of SUNY students graduate with an outstanding balance at their campus.
