The former chairman of the Rochester Housing Authority has been found guilty of 28 of 29 counts in federal court.
George Moses was accused of pocketing money from a neighborhood non-profit he ran and lying on tax returns.
Prosecutors said he spent some of the money on cruises, tickets to sporting events, and a girlfriend in Canada.
Three counts against Moses were dismissed two weeks ago when a contractor recanted his previous grand jury testimony that he gave Moses kickbacks in exchange for contract work for the Authority's charitable branch.
