Younger Children Vaccine Incentive Raffle For Free College

New York State is giving parents a scholarship incentive to get their younger children vaccinated against coronavirus.

Governor Hochul says in an upcoming five-week period, children ages five to eleven who get vaccinated will be entered into a raffle for a free full-ride scholarship for SUNY and CUNY schools.

Meantime, Hochul says three-quarters of all New Yorkers have received at least one vaccine dose.
