Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty has found another poster child for his opposition to the bail reform law.
A 27-year-old Springwater man was arrested twice in two days last week, first on Thursday for leaving the scene of a crash in Avon while impaired by drugs and driving on a suspended license.
Luciano Greenough was also found with prescription pills without a prescription.
He was ticketed and released but was arrested again Friday on 390 for driving while impaired by pills and marijuana.
He was given another appearance ticket and was released again.
