A bench trial has ended in a guilty verdict for a Rochester man accused of the ongoing sexual abuse of a child under 13 years old.
Forty-seven-year-old Miguel Cotto was convicted by State Supreme Court Justice Vicki Argento of one count of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child.
Prosecutors say the abuse spanned more than a year, ending in January 2020.
Cotto faces at least ten years in prison when he is sentenced on November 18.
