Woman Killed in Rochester Stolen Vehicle Crash Identified

Rochester police have released the name of the woman who was killed when her car was T-boned Sunday by a stolen car on the city's southwest side.

Thirty-six-year-old Tishara Pugh was the mother of five children.

She was behind the wheel when her car was hit at the intersection of Seward and Whittlesey Streets. The man riding with her remains in critical condition.

Two of the four teens in the stolen car are still in the hospital. So far, no one has been charged.
