Hochul to Deploy "Vaccine Vans" to Get Kids Vaccinated

Governor Kathy Hochul is making a push to get more eligible students vaccinated against coronavirus.

She is sending 120 mobile vaccine vans to schools throughout the state this fall to make it easy for parents to get their children vaccinated.

Hochul says only 54 percent of eligible students have gotten the shot, which is a lower percentage than adults in the state.

Hochul is not ruling out a vaccine mandate for students.
