A Rochester gynecologist may have used his own semen for at least ten patients seeking sperm donors to become mothers.
The allegation is contained in a lawsuit brought against Dr. Morris Wortman by Geneseo resident Morgan Hellquist.
She became his patient at his mother's recommendation.
But she claims she learned years later he was her biological father, and he knew it.
Genetic tests showed she has ten half-siblings, including Wortman's own daughter.
He had been conducting intimate exams on her, his own daughter, for years.
She is suing for fraud, malpractice, and emotional distress.
