Rochester police are looking for the driver in a hit and run accident. Investigators say a 20-year-old was crossing Clifford Avenue between Hudson Avenue and North Street with several other people when she was hit. The woman later died at the hospital. Police are trying to determine if the woman was struck on purpose or if it was an accident. They are urging the driver to come forward and ask anyone with information to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 423-9300.
