The Rochester mother accused of killing her 3-month-old baby has pleaded not guilty.
Mabel Rosado-Delgado was indicted on a second-degree murder charge.
Investigators say Rosado-Delgado brought her infant daughter Karen to Rochester General Hospital on June 13.
The baby was pronounced dead 30 minutes later.
An autopsy determined the baby died from blunt force trauma and death was ruled a homicide.
Bail for Rosado-Degado is set at $75,000. Her next court date is September 2.
