Authorities are working to put a name to the body found in Durand Lake near Durand Eastman Beach.
The body was found by a citizen late yesterday morning and divers from the sheriff's office pulled the body from the murky water.
It's not known how long it was there, and investigators are not saying whether they suspect foul play.
The Medical Examiner is doing an autopsy.
