Rochester Man Pleads Guilty to Stealing Car at Gunpoint

A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to federal charges he stole a car at gunpoint to sell drugs.

The crime happened in June 2019.

Federal prosecutors say 21-year-old Jacob Lloyd, and two other people, approached a car near Pulaski Park, ordered the occupants out at gunpoint, and struck one of them in the head with the gun.

Lloyd and the others drove off, but he was arrested hours later with the gun and 15 bags of cocaine.
