Monroe Co. Making Plans to Offer Pfizer Vaccine to Children Ages 12 to 15

Monroe County is making plans to begin giving the Pfizer COVID vaccine to children ages 12 to 15.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved the vaccine for that age group.

Parental consent will be required for the shots.

The announcement coincides with the shift by the County to more localized, neighborhood clinics, many of which are in schools.
