Geneva Police Arrest Three Following Violent Home Invasion Kidnapping

Police in Geneva have arrested three people in connection with a violent home invasion robbery that happened Monday night. They say the victim was held at gunpoint, then kidnapped and tortured. He was burned with a heated knife blade and severely beaten.

Police arrested the three suspects during a pair of traffic stops. They recovered two guns, more than two pounds of crystal meth and heroin, and about five-thousand dollars in cash. The drugs are worth an estimated $75,000.

Arrested were 18-year-old Malik Weems of Pittsburgh, 25-year-old Eddie Marte of New York City and 62-year-old Thomas Ferraro of Geneva. All are being held in the Ontario County Jail.
