A woman who was shot in a parking lot on West Main Street early Sunday morning drove herself to Tremont Street where she called police. The 28-year-old city woman was hit in her upper body and is recovering at Strong Memorial Hospital. No arrest has been made yet, and anyone with information on the crime is asked to call 911.
Rochester police are also investigating a shooting on Lyell Avenue Sunday morning. A 25-year-old was shot about 8:00 a.m. and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he's currently in stable condition. No arrest has been made so far.
