A man accused of secretly recording a Gates couple last year has pleaded guilty to federal child porn charges.
Federal prosecutors say Gary Stopani pleaded guilty to possessing and accessing with intent to view child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say investigators seized a laptop, two hard drives, and two cell phones and found more than 600 images and videos of child pornography.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in July.
Gates Police had arrested Stopani last October for putting two cameras in a couple’s home while he was working for an extermination company.
