A fatal ATV crash is under investigation in Wyoming County.
The Sheriff’s Office says they got a 911 call about a person trapped underneath an ATV on Miller Road in the Town of Warsaw around 7 o’clock Wednesday morning.
When authorities arrived on scene they found 24-year-old Gregory Kersch dead.
A preliminary investigation found that Kersch was driving on Miller Road when he struck a railroad crossing signal light post and was ejected.
The ATV landed on top of him.
