Former Xerox Auditorium to be Transformed into Performing Arts Center

The new owner of the former Xerox Square complex is remaking the former Xerox Auditorium as a 700 seat performing arts center.

Gallina Development says the theater will host local and touring music, theater, and dance performances, as well as community talks and eSports.

Updates are planned for the stage, the sound and light system and the box office.

And a new café will be coming to the glass pavilion at the corner of South Clinton and Broad Street.

Gallina is rebranding the complex as Innovation Square. The lower floors of the former Xerox tower are being renovated as student housing.
