A second suspect has been arrested for a homicide last April at a corner store on Rochester's north side.
28-year-old Alexander Laureano is charged with second-degree murder, as well as robbery.
30-year-old Gilberto Rivera was arrested last June, and faces similar charges.
Both are accused of fatally shooting Chernet "Chappa" Tiruneh inside Chappa Grocery on Grand Avenue.
