Rochester Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Drug Trafficking Charges

A Rochester man whose drug conviction sentence was commuted by former President Barack Obama has pleaded guilty to federal drug trafficking charges.

46-year-old Ruben Bullock admitted in court to trafficking cocaine and violating his federal supervised release.

Probation officers raided several of his homes in January.

He faces up to 10 years in prison.
