The think tank that has been trying to get public records from the state about COVID deaths in nursing homes says data released last night by the Cuomo Administration is incomplete.
The Empire Center says the information that was supplied falls short of the judge's recent order in a Freedom of Information Law case.
According to the Empire Center, information about the presumed COVID deaths of hundreds of nursing home residents at hospitals does not include dates.
The new data is posted at the Center's web site.
