Rochester Man Involved US Capitol Riots Has Pleaded NOT Guilty

A Rochester man who allegedly helped storm the US Capitol last month, has pleaded NOT guilty.

Dominic Pezzola was arraigned in federal court via video yesterday, and pleaded not guilty to conspiring to obstruct law enforcement and other charges.

He's one of two Rochester men charged in the riots who are involved with the purported right-wing hate group, the Proud Boys.

A detention hearing has been set for this afternoon.
