Rochester Man Involved in Capitol Riots Due in Court This Morning

A Rochester man who allegedly helped storm the US Capitol last month is due in court this morning.

Dominic Pezzola is facing 8 additional counts, including conspiring to obstruct law enforcement.

Prosecutors say Pezzola had instructions on how to make bombs and guns.

He's one of two Rochester men charged in the riots who are involved with the purported right-wing hate group Proud Boys.
