Rochester police have filed manslaughter charges against a Rochester man involved in a deadly crash downtown.
Twenty-two-year-old Matthew Canales was injured in the crash January 11 and was charged after he was released from the hospital this week.
The crash happened when one vehicle ran a red light and T-boned another in the intersection of East Main and North Chestnut.
33-year-old Sadia Brooks was killed.
Canales also was arraigned this month on a burglary charge.
