Police Accountability Board Looking at Police Conduct During Protests

Rochester's Police Accountability Board is looking into police conduct during the summer protests in the city.

People who took part in demonstrations after the deaths of George Floyd and Daniel Prude have complained that the police response went too far.

The board will hold a public hearing next month.

And the mayor's office says the board's investigation is in line with its responsibilities, and the city will make sure the board members get the information they need.
