RPD: Woman Dies Following Two Vehicle Crash Downtown

Rochester police say a two-vehicle crash downtown last night, has turned deadly.

It happened when one vehicle T-boned the other at the intersection of East Main and North Chestnut streets.

A 33-year-old woman was seriously injured and has since died. Three other people were hurt in the crash and are expected to recover.

The woman's name is not being released at this time, pending family notification.

Police say one vehicle ran a red light, and speed also contributed to the crash.
