Governor Cuomo Laying Out Plans for Drive-Thru COVID-19 Vaccination Sites

Governor Cuomo is laying out plans for drive-thru sites that should eventually be able to vaccinate millions of people.

Cuomo says a so-called "retail system" will make the vaccine available at pharmacies and clinics, while larger scale distribution sites are also being set up.

Meanwhile, efforts continue towards getting healthcare workers and nursing home residents vaccinated, and the vaccine will still be available at hospitals long-term.

Governor Cuomo indicates he'll get vaccinated when it's appropriate for his age group, and when the shot is available in all communities regardless of income or other factors.
