Ottilia Piros's daughter and her daughter's boyfriend are charged in her shooting death in Greece last Wednesday.
17-year-old Hannah Thomas and 16-year-old Richard Avila each face 2nd-degree murder.
GPD Chief Andrew Forsythe says Thomas and Avila shot the 36-year-old Piros, and stole her car.
Both Thomas and Avila live in Arizona, and police believe the pair were headed back to that state.
Both were arrested in Missouri, and are awaiting extradition back to Rochester.
