Arrest Made Following House Fires in Albion

The Albion man who was injured in an explosion in his own garage last Saturday, has been arrested for causing it.

Police Chief Roland Nenni says Gary Tarr is facing five counts of felony reckless endangerment -- one for each person in the three homes that caught fire.

Other charges include arson, criminal mischief and misdemeanor reckless endangerment.

Two of the damaged homes are total losses and will be demolished.

Police are concerned other people may have potentially dangerous explosive devices Tarr made. Some have been recovered.
