The Genesee County Sheriff's office says a Bergen woman was killed in a head-on crash on Route 19 in Bergen.
It happened yesterday afternoon when deputies say Caroline Bianchi drove across the center line and hit an oncoming car.
She died at the scene.
The other driver, 82-year-old Gary Beehler of Hamlin, was flown to Strong hospital with serious injuries.
