4 new COVID-19 deaths have been reported at Demay Living Center in Wayne County.
The ages of those who died from the illness are not being released.
That brings the county's death toll to 12.
The Health Department reported a COVID-19 outbreak at the Newark facility last month.
16 new cases have been confirmed in Wayne County, leaving the total number of cases at 668.
