California has been added to New York's COVID-19 travel advisory list.
No states have been removed, meaning 45 states and territories are now on that list.
Governor Cuomo continues to say neighboring states Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania meet the metrics to be placed on the quarantine list, but he has no plans to add them due to the economic impact.
