A Rochester man is facing 10 to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced in January on child porn charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says Donnie Lee Jackson, a registered sex offender and parolee, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say in May of 2017, dozens of images and videos of child porn were found on a cell phone Jackson had in his possession.
During that investigation, authorities learned that Jackson had been convicted of fist degree sexual abuse in 2010 for having sex with an individual under 11-years-old on multiple occasions.
