Rochester police are reporting more trouble at the West Ridge Plaza where big crowds have gathered on recent Sunday nights to party with loud music and loud cars.
A man was shot there during a fight around 1 a.m., but he is expected to survive.
Meantime, a woman who had gone to the plaza to complain about the noise was assaulted by several people, and gasoline and motor oil were poured on her.
No one has been arrested.
