State police have released the name of the motorcyclist who was seriously injured in a crash last night on Rochester's Inner Loop.
It happened shortly before 9:30 when troopers say 30-year-old Aaron Horton hit a guard rail, in the westbound lanes, near the St. Paul exit.
Police say Horton was thrown 200 feet and was taken to Strong hospital for treatment.
