Gov. Cuomo Signs Legislation Allowing Voters to Request an Absentee Ballot

Governor Cuomo says he wants to make sure that voters in New York State can cast their ballots safely amid the coronavirus crisis.

That’s why he says he signed legislation today allowing all voters the opportunity to request an absentee ballot if they are concerned about COVID.

Voters can request absentee ballots starting today. Cuomo says he wants to make sure that every vote counts. Election Day is November third.
