Kodak Investors File Class Action Lawsuit

A group of Kodak investors has filed a class action lawsuit.

The Portnoy Law Firm tells 13WHAM the investors bought Kodak stock between July 27th and August 7th.

Those investors were not aware Kodak officials, including CEO Jim Continenza, had been granted stock options prior to the announcement of Kodak's $765 million dollar loan to produce pharmaceutical ingredients.

Kodak stock soared to $60 per share following the announcement, but has since plummeted to less than $10, meaning those investors took a big financial hit.
