Three Overnight Shootings in Rochester, Five Injured

There were three shooting incidents in the City of Rochester overnight. Two apparently didn't injure anyone but caused property damage...but one incident on Thurston Road injured five people. Police say four men and a woman were brought by friends to Strong Memorial and Highland Hospitals with gunshot wounds after the shooting near Thurston Road and Sawyer Place. All are recovering.

Shots were fired into a bar and the News 10 NBC building in the East End early this morning. About 1:40, as police were clearing out the crowds that gather there at closing time, they heard gunfire and found the two businesses which had their windows hit. Nobody was hurt in this incident, or a later shooting incident on Clifford Avenue.

Nobody has been charged in either of the three incidents so far.
