The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says a man is dead after he was pinned under an overturned tractor over the weekend.
The accident happened in Castile along Route 190A.
The sheriff says 73-year-old Walter Pilc of Castile had been driving his tractor along the edge of a soybean field behind his home when it tipped off the edge of a steep embankment and rolled over on top of him.
A family member who went to check on him found him pinned beneath the wreck.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
