Rochester Man Sentenced to Home Confinement for Child Pornography

A Rochester man has been sentenced to eight months home confinement for possession of child pornography.

Federal investigators say 24-year-old Jeffery Wehs was discovered uploading an illegal image of a prepubescent minor last September, prompting a search of his home PC, which turned up more images.

Wehs will also serve 8 years supervised released, and will have to register as a sex offender.
