Kodak Lands $765 Million U.S. Loan to Produce Drug Ingredient

EastmanKodak Co. has received a $765 million government loan to help expedite the domestic production of drugs to treat medical conditions. The government wants to loosen the country's reliance on foreign sources. It would produce antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine, which President Donald Trump has supported in treatment for COVID-19. The move would create 300 jobs in Rochester.
