Governor Warns Young People "Not Time to Fight for Right to Party"

Despite New York's positive COVID statistics Governor Cuomo remains adamant that young people between 21 and 30 need to comply with safety protocols. The 21-30 segment is where the state is seeing an uptick, and the governor says he knows why: because of parties.

Cuomo says in this case, it’s not time for young people to fight for their right to party. Plus, he says there is a sense of invulnerability among this age group even though "the virus can kill you".

The state is now releasing a new ad campaign targeting this particular segment which features many of the excuses heard about why young people don't need to worry.
