Webster Police have made an arrest following the fatal hit and run crash on Empire Boulevard in Webster that left a woman dead, and three members of her family hurt.
Webster Police arrested 27-year-old Max Ward and charged him with criminally negligent homicide, leaving the scene of a fatal accident among other charges.
Webster Police Chief Joseph Rieger says this is still an ongoing investigation and anyone who had additional information is being urged to come forward.
It was June 20th when 41-year-old Oksana Zakharchishin, a recent immigrant from Ukraine, was killed in the crash. Her 15-year-old daughter Oleksandra was seriously hurt.
Another daughter, and a three-year-old grandson were also treated for injuries.
