An attorney in the Monroe County District Attorney's office has resigned.
Assistant district attorney Dan Strollo resigned after making a controversial comment on a personal social media account regarding the death of George Floyd.
An activist group called Free The People Roc asked followers to contact the DA's office and complain.
Strollo had worked in the office for five years.
